How to gain access to the Veterans affairs myhealthevet program
Please follow the steps below to gain access to the Veterans Affairs MyHealth program:

Step 1) Register Online as a Veterans Affairs patient at www.MyHealth.va.gov (click the link)

Step 2) Click the register button and follow the steps.

Be sure to enter your name exactly as it appears on your Veterans Affairs identification card.

When asked "Relationship to the VA" check the VA patient box.

Upon completion you will be given limited access until completion of step 3.

Step 3) Proceed to the nearest Veterans Affairs clinic or Release of Inormation Office to submit a My HealtheVet In-Person Authentication form. (This allows the VA the ensure the patient is truly the one requesting access). Upon completion and approval your account will be upgraded to premium and have full access to all My HealtheVet features.

After gaining access to MyHealtheVet site and completing all the steps, click the MyHealtheVet Features option in the menu to learn what you can access on MyHealtheVet site including blue button option to view your entire health record.
